1. Personal Information Processor
Helios & Partners Advisory Inc., and its subsidiaries, as a personal information processors ("Personal Information Processor" or "we"), handles your information related to the services that will be providing you as stated in our Agreement by itself or through the project team established by its entrusted supplier. We attach great importance to the protection of your personal information and because of this we are well aware of the importance of personal information to you. Therefore, we will take appropriate security protection measures in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements to, under our best efforts and capabilities, protect the security and controllability of your personal information.
2. Collection and Use of Personal Information
After you agree to connect with Helios, we need to obtain the following personal information about you: age / name / email address, and any other relevant information we may see appropriate to provide the services required. If you do not provide such personal information, we may not be able to provide you the expected services in the way it’s intended. We will only use your personal information to facilitate the smooth progress of these services. Your personal information will not be used for other purposes without your written permission.
3. Retention Period of Personal Information
After the termination of the Agreement, or when any of your personal information has not been used for the purposes specified in this consent form for two (2) consecutive years (whichever is earlier), we will destroy your personal information, or anonymize it (whatever we found more convenient).
4. Entrusted processing, sharing, transfer and public disclosure of personal information
Delegate processing. During the execution of the services, we may engage vendors to assist us in processing your personal information. If we hire a supplier, we will sign a personal information protection agreement with the supplier and require them to take relevant confidentiality and security measures to handle your personal information.
Shared. We will not share your personal information with any third party without your prior explicit consent.
Transfer. We will not transfer your personal information to any third party, except in the following circumstances:
To an agreed third party after obtaining your explicit consent;
If Helios is involved in a merger, acquisition or bankruptcy liquidation;
As a request directly from a judge, court or as a regulatory requirement;
If the transfer of personal information is involved, we will require the new third party holding your personal information to continue to be bound by this consent form, otherwise we will require the third party to re-obtain your authorization and consent. Depending on the needs of the services, we may anonymize your personal information and then provide the anonymized information to third parties.
Public Disclosure. We will only publicly disclose your personal information under the following circumstances: (a) after obtaining your explicit and separate consent; (b) disclosure based on law: under the mandatory requirements of laws, legal procedures, lawsuits or government authorities, we may publicly disclose your personal information.
5. Protection of Personal Information
We will take reasonable security measures to protect the personal information you provide in accordance with applicable laws and regulations to prevent data from unauthorized access, public disclosure, use, modification, damage or loss. However, no safety protection measures can guarantee 100% safety. If a personal information security incident unfortunately occurs, we will take appropriate remedial measures in accordance with applicable laws and regulations and fulfil corresponding notification and reporting obligations.
6. Your Rights
In accordance with the "Personal Information Protection Law" and relevant laws and regulations, we guarantee that you can exercise the following rights with respect to your personal information. If you would like to exercise any of the rights described below, you may contact us through the contact information listed in this consent form. After verifying your true identity, we will respond within 15 days after receiving your request.
Right to know: You have the right to know about our processing of your personal information.
Right of access: You have the right to inspect and copy your personal information.
Right to rectification: When you find that your personal information is inaccurate or incomplete, you have the right to correct or supplement it, or request us to correct or supplement it.
Right to deletion: When we stop providing products or services, or the retention period of your personal information has expired, or you withdraw your consent, you can make a request to us to delete your personal information.

After you cancel your account, we will stop providing services to you and delete your personal information according to your request, unless otherwise provided by laws and regulations. When your information is corrected or deleted, we will no longer process the corresponding personal information, but this will not affect the previous processing of personal information based on your authorization.
Right to withdraw consent: You may withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawing your consent will not have any negative impact on you, but you will no longer be able to access the services we provide. However, your decision to withdraw your consent will not affect the previous processing of personal information based on your consent.
The right to restrict automated decision-making: In certain business functions, we may make decisions solely based on non-artificial automated decision-making mechanisms including information systems, algorithms, etc. If these decisions significantly affect your legitimate rights and interests, you have the right to ask us for an explanation, and we will also provide appropriate remedies without infringing on trade secrets or other user rights and public interests.
7. Exceptions
7.1. In the following situations, we do not need to obtain the authorization and consent of the personal information subject to collect and use your personal information:
Relevant to the personal information controller's performance of obligations stipulated in laws and regulations;
Directly related to national security and national defense security;
Directly related to public safety, public health, and major public interests;
Directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial and execution of judgment;
To protect the life, property and other major legitimate rights and interests of the personal information subject or other individuals but it is difficult to obtain the authorization and consent of the individual;
The personal information involved is disclosed to the public by the personal information subject on his own initiative;
It is necessary to sign and perform a contract according to the requirements of the personal information subject; (Note: The main function of the personal information protection policy is to disclose the scope and rules of the collection and use of personal information by the personal information controller, and it should not be regarded as a contract).
Collect personal information from legally publicly disclosed information, such as legal news reports, government information disclosure and other channels;
Necessary to maintain the safe and stable operation of the products or services provided, such as discovering and handling product or service failures;
The controller of personal information is a news organization and it is necessary for it to carry out legitimate news reporting;
If the controller of personal information is an academic research institution, and it is necessary to carry out statistical or academic research for the public interest, and when it provides the results of academic research or description to external parties, the personal information contained in the results will be de-identified.
7.2. In the following scenarios, we may not respond to the personal information subject's request. If we decide not to respond, we will inform the personal information subject of the reasons for the decision and provide the personal information subject with a way to complain. The following circumstances may not respond to the request made by the personal information subject, including:
Relevant to the personal information controller's performance of obligations stipulated in laws and regulations;
Directly related to national security and national defense security;
Directly related to public safety, public health, and major public interests;
Directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial and execution of judgments;
The personal information controller has sufficient evidence to show that the personal information subject has subjective malice or abused rights;
To protect the life, property and other major legitimate rights and interests of the personal information subject or other individuals but it is difficult to obtain the authorization and consent of the individual;
Responding to the personal information subject's request will cause serious damage to the legitimate rights and interests of the personal information subject or other individuals or organizations;
Involving trade secrets.
7.3. In the following circumstances, sharing, transferring and publicly disclosing personal information does not require prior authorization and consent from the personal information subject:
Relevant to the personal information controller's performance of obligations stipulated in laws and regulations;
Directly related to national security and national defense security;
Directly related to public safety, public health, and major public interests;
Directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, and execution of judgment;
To protect the life, property, and other major legitimate rights and interests of the personal information subject or other individuals but it is difficult to obtain the authorization and consent of the individual;
Personal information disclosed by the personal information subject to the public on his own initiative;
Collect personal information from legally publicly disclosed information, such as legal news reports, government information disclosure, and other channels.
8. How to Contact Us
If you have any questions, comments, suggestions, complaints, etc. about the products or services we provide, this privacy policy, and issues related to personal information, or wish to exercise any rights over your personal information send an email to bot@heliosww.com. After verifying your true identity, we will reply within 15 days after receiving your request.
Please note that we may not respond to questions that are not related to this policy or your rights to personal information. If you are not satisfied with our response, especially if you believe that our personal information processing has harmed your legitimate rights and interests, you can also seek a solution by filing a lawsuit with the people's court with jurisdiction over the defendant's location.
